John Metcalf

Walworth, NY 14568

In the year 1966 I went to RBI. In January 1967, I volunteered for the army draft.  I spent 2 years in Germany, and while on army leave, I hiked through 8 different countries.  In 1969, I started at Xerox, Webster, and worked there for 34 years as a tester, troubleshooter, and repair man. I retired early at age 55. In the twelve years since retirement, we do intarsia, woodworking projects, photography, and gardening.  We also hike 2-5 miles almost daily.

I married in 1970, and have a son, and daughter. We have 5 grandchildren.  Our son lives in Illinois with his wife, and our two granddaughters.  Our daughter lives in Victor with her husband, and our two granddaughters, and grandson.

Some of our travels have been to Illinois, Virginia, and Arizona.  Someday we would like to travel to England.

Being adopted at birth, one other point of interest is meeting my half brother after 60 years.
